Tales of the Unusual" was made to commemorate the first 10 years of Fuji TV's ""Yo ni mo Kimyo na Monogatari (Tales of the Unusual)" television series. All four stories are connected by a strangely smiling man in a black suit and dark glasses who tells stories to a group of strangers trapped in a train-station waiting room by a raging storm.
