As early as in ancient times, humans have been fighting with so called monsters, living and hiding under disguise among them. After the human race wins, monsters called "Yaozu" promised no longer use special abilities and completely obey unified management. Thus, mankind and their enemies co-founded an organization, to control both sides. This organization is called the "Mountains and Rivers" or in Chinese "Shan hai Jing of the mountains and rivers".
