The film is a tough-guy drama focusing on the drug trade. It tells the story of Xiao Jianfeng, who was framed and detained overseas for 25 years. After he was released from prison, he was entrusted by a mysterious person and needed to follow the instructions to know the whereabouts of his wife and daughter.
